Our concrete and steel climate controlled hosting facility utilizes ground-up redundant systems for complete fault tolerance.   Dual Power Supplies on all Servers, Fault Tolerant Circuits, Firewalls and SSL Appliances, Uninterruptible Power Supplies for all hardware, and Automatic Backup Power generation for the entire facility all insure maximum up-time for uninterrupted access to critical data.   Additionally, redundant HVAC systems, thermal sensors, 24/7 video surveillance and 7 levels of internet and software security make up the backbone of our secure systems insuring the integrity of the hardware and data.    We employ hardware firewalls and 128 bit SSL VPN appliances for complete security with the most current firmware thus providing leading edge intrusion prevention and virus protection.  We conduct routine intrusion testing to confirm the security of our systems and the highest levels of protection.    

All data is protected by several layers of security including Microsoft Active Directory and Application level security at the database level, field level or both.   If necessary, we can also provide secure, encrypted VPN access to guarantee the highest level of security available.

Redundant Storage & Network Backup

ALS utilizes state-of-the-art hot plug technology and RAID5 arrays for intermediate storage during processing.   Additionally, our network utilizes high speed Intel based servers combined with dual-fabric fiber optic SAN storage units enabling ALS to process, store and backup millions of documents in a timely manner.
