- Case Review! Once we have gather the information regarding the warrant from the court house your case will be reviewed by the attorney. Once the review is completed the attorney will call you to disuss your rights.
Types of Warrants:
Arrest Warrant
An arrest warrant is a court order that allows law enforcement to arrest an individual. An arrest order may be issued by the court or a judge. Usually, arrest warrants are issued when law enforcement suspects criminal activity. Once an arrest warrant has been issued, law enforcement can legally detain the individual listed on the warrant and bring him/her to jail.
